Collect At Limited or as we prefer to be known Collect@ (pronounced any way you want but Pat usually says "Collecta") is the internet home for a business that  was established in 1999 by Pat and Andy Steer to specialise in selling modern collectables on the internet.

The new millenium came and so did our bricks and morter proper shop in the historic Piece Hall (piecehall.info), Halifax, UK specialising in modern collectables.

Pat has collected all sorts of things from the age of five onwards and after many years in the finance industry we decided it was time to realise her ambitions and open up a shop. A shop where visitors are always warmly welcomed

As collectors we wanted a shop that we would like to visit, somewhere that the staff really knew their products and would know what we were talking about. People who understood the need for original boxes and that a dent or scratch did actually matter.

And so it began. When Collect@ first opened it was very different to how it is today and the great thing about collectables is that they are constantly changing. The drive to collect remains the same. Andy did originally hope that a shop full of collectables would subdue Pat's hording instincts but it has in fact allowed her into a world where there is so much to see and as a result we will try to share it here with you.
